Aged Through 4 New England Seasons

Our single barrel bourbon is made from scratch using New England grown corn, wheat, rye and barley. We begin with an extended ferment, then double pot distill before resting in air seasoned 53-gallon American white oak casks.

Boston’s hot, humid summers and bitterly cold winters allow deep complexity to develop in the barrel. Notes of mellow baking spice, vanilla, dried fruit, and a long, brown sugary finish create an exceptional spirit.
