Straight Corn Whiskey

A Unique and Authentic Spirit

American corn whiskey is a spirit with its roots deeply embedded in American distilling traditions and a style that predates bourbon. As part of our Distiller’s Reserve, this whiskey is meticulously created, with a mash bill of at least 80% corn, imparting a uniquely sweet and grain-forward character. Our chosen grains hail from the fertile fields of Maine, and this Limited Release aged for over two years in our ex-rye casks. We release our corn whiskey at cask strength to showcase this spirit. The result? A delicate, lightly influenced palate that showcases green grass, candy apple, raisins, and the gentle touch of brown sugar.
