Our small batch gin is inspired by our local New England new growth forests. The gin gently macerates on a foundation of our hand crafted rye and features an array of botanicals. The juniper berries beautifully enhance the birch, sumac, vapor infused sage, locally foraged white pine, and hand zested lemons to compliment the coriander, orris root, and angelica for a silky smooth taste with earthy overtones. A deep herbal nose sets the stage, followed by layers of warm, hearty botanicals, culminating in a delicate baking spice embrace. Elevate your senses with the essence of our lush forests.
