Introducing Batch 2 of our Straight Bourbon: a meticulously crafted blend born from the artistry of barrel aging and the dedication to quality that defines our craft. This bourbon is the culmination of a careful selection process, marrying the distinct characteristics of four exceptional barrels: Barrel #30 and #40, each aged four years to perfection, Barrel #83, aged three years and four months, and Barrel #134, aged two years and ten months. In this blend, we've struck a harmonious balance to accentuate the essence of sweet corn, decadent toffee, rich brown sugar, and the subtle allure of a cigar box nose. Our bourbon is more than just a spirit; it's a reflection of our values. Crafted from scratch using only the finest corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley all sourced directly from New England family farms, every bottle embodies the spirit of tradition and craftsmanship.
