Hand Foraged Ingredients

Our small batch gin is inspired by our local New England new growth forests. The gin gently macerates on a foundation of our hand crafted rye and features an array of botanicals. The juniper berries beautifully enhance the birch, sumac, vapor infused sage, locally foraged white pine, and hand zested lemons to compliment the coriander, orris root and angelica for a silky smooth taste with earthy overtones.

The spirit begins with a savory, deep herbal nose, followed by a layering of flavor across the warm, hearty botanicals leading to a subtle baking spice which enhances the robust palate throughout.
